Administrative Assistant
Government Affairs and Legal Departments

The Directors Guild of America seeks a highly-skilled administrative assistant to support its Government Affairs executive and Legal Department. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience supporting a senior level executive, preferably in the government or non-profit sector. Must be self-starter, with impeccable attention to detail, exceptional writing and proofreading skills, who performs well under pressure, manages changing priorities and works well independently or as part of a team; does everything with a sense of purpose and decorum. Must be highly organized and possess top-notch administrative skills including MS Word and Excel. Experience in government or international affairs desired. Overtime required.
