Accounting Auditor

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Field Auditor Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting and financial services, with the ability to conduct thorough financial audit analysis and maintain accurate records. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Duties
- Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of the Field Audits.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances within the audited organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure audits accuracy.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and auditing.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in preparing journal entries and conducting thorough reconciliations.
- Experience with auditing processing.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Ability to administer and manage Pension Plans
- Ability to mentor others effectively and foster a positive learning environment.
