Fresno-Madera-Tulare-Kings Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO

Worker Organizer

Based in Fresno, CA

POSITION: Worker Organizer
ORGANIZATION: Valley Forward
LOCATION: Fresno, CA

In difficult times, our power comes from standing together. Across the San Joaquin Valley, too many workers face low wages, unsafe conditions, and a lack of voice on the job. When workers come together to organize themselves, they not only claim their rights at work but also build collective strength that can transform entire communities. This effort is about supporting unorganized workers as they take the lead by helping them recognize their power, learn their rights, and stand shoulder to shoulder with others in the fight for fairness and dignity. This is a call to those ready to step forward, to become leaders and organizers, and to help weave together the voices of people too often left out of economic decision-making.
