Office & Marketing Assistant

Concerted Action is a leading digital-organizing consulting firm serving labor unions and advocacy non-profits. The Office & Marketing Assistant will work with Concerted Action to provide assistance with office and administrative tasks, as well as assist with the firm’s marketing and outreach. This position may also assist Concerted Action staff on client work.

Description of Duties

  • Assist with a broad variety of office duties including invoicing, tracking contracts and other administrative tasks
  • Work with CEO on firm marketing and client outreach
  • Schedules meetings and assists in managing active executive calendar
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes
  • Support Concerted Action staff with client digital communication
  • Create written and graphical social media posts
  • Produce reports on social media performance
  • Research for client projects, digital strategies and technologies
  • Attend conferences and trainings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, eagerness to learn, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Attention to detail and ability to track deliverable and deadlines
  • Experience maintaining social media groups or pages a plus
  • Familiarity with the labor movement a plus
  • This is an entry level position

Position Type & Compensation

  • Remote/work-from-home
  • Full-time Exempt (part-time may be considered)
  • $40,000 – $45,000/yr
  • Unlimited sick & vacation time; paid parental leave
