Texas Organizing Project

Bilingual Community Organizer

Based in Dallas County, TX

At the Texas Organizing Project (TOP), we work to improve the lives of low and moderate income families in the second largest State in the Union. While Texas is the fastest growing State with more and more families moving here, we are alarmed by the fast growing poverty rate, lack of access to quality health care and education for many Texas families, and the huge rise in income and racial inequality. We are proud to say that TOP has a proven track record of running campaigns that address these issues and believe that we must build power through community organizing, partnering with other progressive organizations and labor unions, and civic engagement to make systemic change.

TOP is seeking a Bilingual Community Organizer for Dallas County who is highly motivated, creative and committed to social justice.
