OFFICIAL APPLICATION ANNOUNCEMENT
This program is designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career
as a cement mason. Training consists of finishing sidewalks, curb and
gutter, floor slabs, architectural concrete, as well as patching and
repair of concrete.
The Northern California Cement Masons JATC Apprenticeship Program is
a three-year program consisting of 4,200 on-the-job hours and 432 related
training hours. Starting hourly wage is 45% of journeylevel wage rate.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Applicants for the Northern California Cement Masons JATC Training
Program must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. APPLICANT
WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF AGE. There is no maximum
age.
- Applicants must be in good health and physically able to perform
all phases of work.
Benefits:
As an apprentice and union member, you will be afforded health and
welfare, and pension plan benefits.
