UNION ORGANIZER UFCW Local 21 represents 36,000 workers in the grocery, health care, retail and food processing industries. We are the largest private sector local union in the state of Washington and have a broad commitment to social justice. We organize aggressively to improve working conditions in our industries as we fight to build political power for all working people. The successful candidate will have experience winning campaigns that bring workers into unions. They must be able to work with diverse groups of people.
