LABOR REPRESENTATIVE/ORGANIZER

OPEIU HEALTHCARE Pennsylvania is seeking an individual with experience in organizing and labor relations.  OPEIU HEALTHCARE is affiliated with the Office and Professional Employees International Union and represents healthcare professionals throughout the state of Pennsylvania. The qualified candidate will be responsible for all matters related to collective bargaining, including contract negotiations, organizing healthcare professionals in private and public employment, representing and advising members in grievance procedures, leadership development, and day-to-day contract administration.  The position is based in Harrisburg, PA.  Only local candidates will be considered at this time..

• Willing to travel and work irregular hours
