LABOR RELATIONS DIRECTOR

Montana Nurses Association is accepting applications for a Labor Relations Director

Five years education/experience preferred with strong leadership and communication skills.

The Labor Relations Director is accountable to the Executive Director and directly supervises, coordinates, and administers the work of two labor specialists in our statewide labor relations program. The ideal candidate will have collective bargaining experience and the ability to monitor and interpret Federal, State, and local legislation as it pertains to labor relations.

This position requires travel and non-standard hours as needed to represent the membership of the association.
