We are currently looking for experienced labor organizers in multiple locations.  Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English are highly desired,  Ability to travel is frequently, but not always, required.

Organizers help workers form, build, and grow unions. They mobilize workers and lead campaigns around political, community or labor issues. They help identify and develop workers into union leaders. Organizers typically work long hours under stressful conditions.
 
Lead Organizers should have several years of experience with a labor union and have experience in running campaigns.
 
For entry level positions some experience with labor unions, progressive issue advocacy organizations, community organizations, political campaigns and/or elected officials is needed. Completion of a formal training programs for organizers is a plus.
