SEIU Healthcare Illinois-Indiana, the Healthcare and Childcare Workers Union is a dynamic, action-oriented union of over 90,000 healthcare and childcare workers throughout Illinois and Indiana.

As one of the largest and fastest growing affiliates of the Service Employees International Union, SEIU Healthcare Illinois-Indiana is committed to building power for low and moderate income families by organizing low wage workers for economic and social justice. Duties include: inbound call inquiries, issue resolution, and grievance filing and follow-up; collect complaint forms, call members to verify/confirm complaint, and process to grievance; outbound calling, and fulfillment. Need to have knowledge of all contract language, wage scales, program policies, etc. follow-up on all grievances filed to resolution as needed to include: working with organizers/members/stewards on representation at grievance meeting with company
