Full-time statewide position available, based in Lombard, IL.  This person will be part of the management team for an educational employee organization of over 133,000 members.   Advanced degree and previous management experience preferred.  Ability to travel required.  Preference will be given to applicants with a deep background in teaching and learning, professional development, school restructuring, standards and assessment alignment, and a demonstrated commitment to the collaborative working relationship of all stakeholders within a school district.
