Senior Collective Bargaining Negotiator


Change to Win and its affiliated unions are seeking a Senior Collective Bargaining Negotiator to assist union leadership in devising strategic overall plans for bargaining. The Senior Collective Bargaining Negotiator will make assessments of the economic and competitive environment in which key contract negotiations will take pace as well as provide expert technical assistant, including complex contract costing and financial analysis. The Collective Bargaining Negotiator will participate in negotiations.

Qualifications: Qualified applicants must have an advanced degree, such as an MBA or MA in economics or other social science field where rigorous quantitative analysis is employed. Ten years experience in collective bargaining, including the use of analytic, financial and contract costing tools. Must be proficient in Excel and Access. Strong oral and written communications skills are required. Must have the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Frequent travel is required.
