As a Business Analyst in the Office of Labor Management Partnership, you would play an important role in making this vision a reality. The ideal candidate for this position would have or be:

  • A strong commitment to both the goals of the Partnership and Kaiser Permanente's social mission as an integrated, not-for-profit health care delivery system.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience; preferably in one or more areas related to health care business operations: sales and marketing, revenue cycle, labor relations.
  • Very strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong analytic skills with experience in using Excel and Power Point to analyze and display quantitative information.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to use influence and persuasion rather than authority to drive outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to relate quantitative information to broader strategic objectives.
  • Comfortable working in a large organization.
  • A college degree or equivalent experience.

This position consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licensure requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.

To apply, please submit your résumé online at www.kaiserpermanentejobs.org and create a personal profile. Please use the Copy and Paste option to attach an unformatted text only résumé. Refer to job # 63584.

Kaiser Permanente offers exceptional benefits. A competitive compensation package will be offered to applicants, commensurate with experience.

Kaiser Permanente is proud to be an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
