Summary:
Service Employees International Union, Local 221 (SEIU Local 221) is a progressive union representing over 10,000 employees in San Diego and Imperial Counties, including workers in the County of San Diego, cities, Head Start, courts and schools. Definition:
The Graphic Design Intern will report to the Director of Government and Community Relations and the Communications Specialist. The Graphic Design Intern would be responsible for the layout and design of flyers and newsletters; the creation of logos and other graphics and the creation of graphics for our website.

Qualifications:
The Graphic Design Intern MUST have expert-level skills in the following graphic & web design programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Flash. Experience working in Adobe Dreamweaver is a plus.

Salary & Compensation

• $12.50 per hour
  
• Minimum 10 to 15 hours per week.
