Carpenters/Contractors Cooperation Committee

Based in Los Angeles, CA

The Carpenters/Contractors Cooperation Committee (C/CCC) is a non-profit labor-management organization comprised of the Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters and signatory contractors. The C/CCC is engaged in educational, labor compliance, media outreach and governmental affairs activities aimed at ensuring contractors comply with the law and workers are treated fairly. We are seeking a motivated, hardworking and knowledgeable research analyst to join our team. Recent grads and professionals are encouraged to apply.


  • Identify and analyze new development projects, and prepare and maintain development tracking system for projects in our markets.
  • Conduct industry, corporate, economic, and political research using a wide variety of sources.
  • Investigate, organize, and analyze data related to working conditions in the construction industry.
  • Use research findings to support communication and advocacy strategies.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using social media and email for advocacy.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and complete them in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer skills including familiarity with database and word processing software.
  • 2- 5 year experience in labor research, real estate or land-use/planning.
